Sushi Studio, Neutral Bay

Sushi Studio is another Japanese restaurant I've been meaning to visit for so long. Luckily we finally decided to try this place out, because it was definitely worth it! Neutral Bay is a bit of a hub for Japanese restaurants, so I highly recommend to have a browse around :)

Prawn and vegetable tempura

Ginger pork

Hotpot of mushrooms and salmon balls - Beautiful broth, but the salmon balls were a bit bland.

Beef sukiyaki was an absolute delight. The meat was so tasty!

And the hotpot is of course served with a raw egg

Sushi & sashimi selection - fresh and delicious. Doesn't it look beautiful?

Eel roll from the sushi platter - Eel is always my favourite
