love the paper garland (last image on this post). Do you have instructions or a link to a DIY option for those? Thanks for all the lovely inspiration! Allison
The garland is very easy to make: cut circles, fold each circle in half and use 5 to make one ball (glue together with a string in between). That's it! Happy crafting!
Love the grey and yellow too. Wondering about the cubes? Are they made from paper or plastic straws? Love to know where you got them. PS so pleased you didn't mention how many days or weeks to go. over that already. And its still early days.
The honeycomb tissue balls are the only thing I actually bought and didn't make myself! It is possible to make them though and there are quite a few tutorials online.
What a lovely idea this is. I really like the clean, crisp feel to this.
ReplyDeleteI love that yellow and grey garland in the last shot - a fun and colourful take on traditional festive decor!
ReplyDeleteThese are really adorable and they actually look incredibly easy to make. I need to redecorate a bit so I've been looking for some easy ideas.

ReplyDeleteThanks! The 'cubes' are a part of a traditional Finnish Christmas decoration made out of natural straw.
DeleteSo creative.. loving the new style!
